Threads Finds Mpls is shipping within the US only at this time. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (or sooner). If shipping will take longer due to being on vacation, you will be notified of the delay. A tracking number will be provided once order is ready for shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan the package to allow updates on tracking. Once the carrier has your package, Thread Finds Mpls is not responsible if it is lost or stolen. If there are issues with tracking or delivery, please reach out to the carrier for assistance. We are unable to process cancellation requests for an order that has already been placed.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the measurements listed in the item’s description to ensure proper fit. I recommend comparing the measurements to an item of clothing you currently own. Please understand that all items are made from secondhand clothing. Items may show signs of wash and wear. Some may have small holes or distress marks. I try my best to pick items in good condition to upcycle, but signs of wear and tear are to be expected. Actual colors may vary based on different screen resolution and brightness.
